I took my car to Automotive Specialists after taking it to 2 other places and getting 2 totally different diagnostics done. When I called to make an appointment, I got one scheduled for the next day. I dropped my car off, and after the mechanic had a chance to look at it, he told me that he knew exactly what was wrong with my car. It was a simple fix and actually cost me less than half of what both other mechanics had suggested. Not only did my car get fixed the first time, reccomendations were made as to my needs and desires in regards to my paticular situation. I feel that not only did they listen to me, they actually talked to me like I was a knowledgeable human being and not just another female getting ripped off by another stereotypical auto shop. The manager personally called me after I left the shop to make sure my car was running well after they fixed it. I truly feel that the professionals at Automotive Specialists went above and beyond the call of duty, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, excellent service and automotive repairs.
