Excellent work and service as always!

Same as what I said in the other review, fast service and easy to understand reports about the vehicle. And to add, the employees were very knowledgeable and easy to understand when explaining about the vehicle and were passionate about their jobs.

Automotive Specialist is a great car repair center. The customer service is especially top notch. You are notified in several ways when your car is completed. A diagnostic of future service is helpful for a budget.State of the art equipment and clean facility keeps the associates trained.

They do a great job for a far price. They always call me before they do any work to let me know what needs to be done and how much it will cost to fix. They have also always been very pleasant to talk to over the phone and in person. It's nice to have a shop that I can take my vehicle's to that I trust to treat me right,and to fix my vehicles right the first time. As long as this shop is open,I will be taking my vehicles to them.

Very knowledgeable and professional

Eric, Joel, and the team were highly recommended by a colleague. I took my car for a second opinion after the dealer suspected an issue costing upwards of $3k. The guys did diagnostic work and spoke with me about getting to the route of the problem. They also respected my budget and prioritized other things they found (that they dealer missed). We did not hesitate to call them when my husband blew a tire a week later and are thrilled to be able to work with them in the future.
